Joshua Gottschling

Creative Producer
Josh is our Workflow and Post Creative Paladin, leading the charge on all things workflow and editing—from pre-production planning through post-production polish. He ensures every frame flows seamlessly from ingest to final delivery, keeping projects on track, on brand, and actually on schedule. It’s a good thing Josh has such a handle on workflow and edits because at home he’s often negotiating dinner time with his four cats (4 vs 1 is kind of crazy odds, even for a Paladin).
His superpower? A sixth sense for spotting inefficiencies before they happen and an uncanny ability to find the perfect music track for any video.
Sondra Taillon

and Video Editor
Sondra is our Creative Sage & Video Editor Extraordinaire—aka the mastermind who turns half-baked ideas and napkin scribbles into stories that hit. She’s the friendly face (or voice) on the other end of your emails, calls, and meetings, making sure every detail is dialed in and every story feels just right. It’s too bad that friendly face doesn’t stop her Corgi from bullying her—only Corgi owners would understand (they’re fierce beasts).
Her superpower? Powered by over a decade of video editing experience, she doesn’t just read or write scripts—she sees them, crafting stories with the perfect visuals already in mind.
Mike Mahoney
Design, Color,
and Operations
Mike is our Design, Color and Operations Alchemist. With almost 40 years of industry experience under his belt *gulp* Mike brings a seasoned approach to all things creative. As a proud grandfather, Mike looks forward to acting like he’s two again without getting the looks from his wife (most of the time).
His superpower? An uncanny ability to pre-visualize and plan almost anything in his head without putting pen to paper.

and Animator
Chuck is our Creative Wizard. With 25+ years of experience leading creative for Fortune 500 companies and major media organizations, he blends technical precision with artistic vision to turn ideas into striking visuals. Chuck may know the best direction to take your brand but outside of the office he’s somehow always getting lost on his daily bike ride (talk about an unexpected journey).
His superpower? Conjuring up mind-blowing 3D animations and optimizing processes with wizard-like precision.
